SLS port assets are developed and financed through dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles — separate legal entities created for each project. This structure enables targeted capital investment, project-specific governance, and clear return structures for co-investors.
SLS acts as the sponsoring developer and port management operator, while asset ownership and investor returns are managed at the SPV level. Institutional investors, infrastructure funds, and strategic co-investors participate at the SPV level, not at the SLS operating company level.
